The former Wampanoag Granite Mill in Fall River was renamed this week as "Curtain Lofts," a mixed-income housing complex for adults aged 55 and over.
The developer, WinnCompanies of Boston, said the 97-unit complex at 420 Quequechan St., was fully leased only a few months after construction was completed last October.
WinnResidential, the company’s property management arm, is property manager for the site.
