Family Continuity Programs, Inc. and Nizhoni Health Systems LLC signed five- and four-year leases, respectively

NAI Hunneman’s David Gilkie, senior vice president, and Michael McCarthy, an associate, represented the landlord, B&H Peabody Property LLC, in both transactions.

Family Continuity Programs, Inc., a private, non-profit mental health and social services agency, signed a five-year, 17,810-square-foot lease. Richard Newberg of Drumlin Group represented the tenant in the transaction.

Nizhoni Health Systems, LLC, a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health agency dedicated to assisting its clients in maintaining safe, independent lifestyles in their respective communities, signed a four-year, 2,885-square-foot lease. Philip Mann of Sangan Realtors represented the tenant in the transactions.
