Burlington-based Nordblom Co. has received permits for a 270,000-square-foot office building at 25 Network Drive.
The developer is marketing the six-story building as a build-to-suit opportunity for class A office tenants.
"Vacancy is evaporating in Burlington, and we wanted to make sure we were shovel-ready for the next big tenant," Todd Fremont-Smith, senior vice president for Nordblom Co., said in a statement.
Tamie Thompson, Alex Dauria and Tyler Spring from JLL are marketing the property.
Nordblom Co. acquired the 1 million-square-foot Network Drive in 2007 and integrated it into its Northwest Park repositioning project, which includes the 3rd Ave. retail development. Network Drive is currently 95 percent leased.
