Fantini & Gorga recently closed on a $3.05 million permanent loan to finance a multifamily property in Framingham.
The garden-style property known as Colonial Arms contains 36 units between two three-story buildings, with 18 units in each. The buildings, built in 1972, sit on .74 acres of land at 3-5 Beaver Park Road and contain a total of 32,325 square feet of living space. Units are a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Derek Coulombe, managing director at Fantini & Gorga, and Chris Miller, senior analyst, represented the borrower in the transaction.
