Braintree’s Weston Crossing Apartments have received a financing package through Fantini & Gorga.
The financing is for $2.815 million.
Weston Crossing is comprised of six two-story buildings and includes a total of 30 residential units. The unit mix consists of 29 two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit featuring hardwood floors throughout, with tile floors in the kitchens and bath. Amenities include off-street parking and storage in the basement, and the complex is less than a mile from the MBTA Red Line.
The Fantini & Gorga team was led by Derek Coulombe, managing director, and Despina Hatzipetrou, senior analyst, who together arranged the financing with Ohio National Financial Services, one of the firm’s exclusive correspondent life insurance companies.
“The sound fundamentals of this asset, including an attractive location and historically strong occupancy, attracted several lenders to this financing opportunity,” Coulombe said in a statement. “At the end, we were pleased to deliver a long-term self-amortizing 20-year fixed rate financing consistent with our client’s objective.”
