Ken’s Foods has purchased the 350,000-square-foot warehouse property at 325 Turnpike Road in Southborough from Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $15 million.
Cassidy Turley FHO’s Senior Managing Director and Principal Kevin Hanna represented Ken’s Foods in the transaction. Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ John Lashar represented Cornerstone.
Ken’s, maker and distributor of more than 400 dressings, marinades and sauces, will use the new space and its surrounding 51-acres for finished goods distribution.
"As a company with its roots in the commonwealth, Ken’s Foods is looking forward to continued expansion in its home state," said Bob Merchant, COO at Ken’s, in a statement.
The industrial property formerly served as a site for Verizon, which leased the building until 2009 and owned the building prior to leasing.
