• The Davis Cos. of Boston has unveiled the newly-transformed 14 Crosby Drive, a 95,000-square-foot office building located within the eight-building, 475,000-square-foot campus recently rebranded The Xchange at Bedford.
• TDC has completed its program to modernize the office and R&D park and hired JLL as exclusive leasing agent.
• Tenants now have access to onsite amenities that include: a new 4,700 square foot fitness center and yoga studio with showers and locker rooms; a 7,300-square-foot full-service wifi-enabled café and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor patio with fire pit and 5,200 square feet of green space. TDC also increased the total available parking at The Xchange to 1,530 spaces, by adding 225 new parking spaces as well as creating a new front face to the campus on land it purchased from MassDOT in 2015.
• TDC purchased the property, formerly known as Bedford Business Park, in June 2012 for $62.8 million. Tenants include iRobot Corp., MultiPlan Inc. and Datawatch Corp.
