A 6.3 acre parcel of land on Baker Avenue in Concord sold for $2.18 million to an evangelical community that intends to build a church on the property.
Avison Young brokers Steve Cook, Mark Coelho and Jack Kerrigan represented the seller, Concord Elks. The property, located at 221 Baker Ave. next to the Concord Turnpike, will be home to the New Life Community Church.
