Advertising agency Brand Content has leased 8,813 square feet at 580 Harrison Ave. in Boston.
The agency will move its office from 316 Stuart St. in Boston to 580 Harrison Ave., an 80,000-square-foot office building owned by Boston-based GTI Properties.
Jonathan Gifford, a senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant in the transaction. John Kiger of GTI Properties represented the landlord.
