66 Long Wharf in BostonAECOM, which provides technical and management support services, will expand its lease to 47,486 square feet at 66 Long Wharf in Boston.

The company will occupy four floors in the building, according to a statement.

"AECOM’s decision to stay at 66 Long Wharf in Boston is a testament to the building and the long-standing success AECOM has shared at this location," said CBRE’s Kevin Kennedy. "Furthermore, this building has the location, amenities and views that make it appealing for a long-term office headquarters."

Kennedy and Chris Cuddy, senior vice president/partner of CBRE, represented AECOM in the renewal and expansion. Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Katharine Small and former Managing Director Bill Collins represented landlord ELV Assoc. Inc.

Built just before the turn of the century, 66 Long Wharf is part of the Custom House at Long Wharf, a brick and beam building with six floors of multi-tenant office space on Boston’s waterfront.
