Nonprofit organization CLASS Inc. has expanded after leasing 11,000 square feet at 50 Concord St. in Wilmington.

The agency serves more than 400 individuals with disabilities throughout northeastern Massachusetts, providing such services as assistive technology, employment resources and family advocacy.

Landlord Cummings Properties of Woburn completed a 2,500-square-foot expansion and renovation of the property in April. The larger location will provide CLASS with space for classrooms, recreation areas and offices.
