American Holt, a supplier of aftermarket parts to food, beverage, packaging, converting and consumer goods industries, has signed a long-term lease in Norwood for 5,417 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.

With this lease, the 60,000-square-foot property at 129-147 Morgan Drive is 100 percent leased.

Elliot & Co.’s Elliot Ravech, president, and Dennis Nolfi, vice president, represented the landlord, Norwood-based CMI Property. American Holt represented themselves in the transaction.
