Andover Apartment Complex Sells For $19.75M

JSIP Casco Crossing LLC has purchased the 96-unit Casco Crossing Apartment Community in Andover for $19.75 million, or $205,769 per unit.

Boston Realty Advisors brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, Andover Portland Avenue Associates LLC. The sale was coordinated by Chris Sower, Jen Price and Ben Karp of Boston Realty Advisors’ Multi-Housing Investment Sales Team.

Casco Crossing was constructed in 2007 and features one and two bedroom units, a fitness center, swimming pool and covered parking.
