Andover Business Center Leases 34K SF

Seven leases totaling 34,153 square feet have been signed at the New England Business Center in Andover.

Wireless technology company Research in Motion leased 20,515 square feet; VTech Engineering leased 4,118 square feet; Melanson & Heath, a financial services firm, leased 2,871 square feet; Proactis, a spend control company, leased 1,895 square feet; Staffing firm SNI Cos. leased 1,788 square feet; BLW Engineers leased 1,595 square feet; and Manpower, an employment services firm, leased 1,371 square feet.

New Boston Fund Inc., a Boston-based real estate investment management firm, served as the broker in the lease transactions, according to a statement. The fund has owned and managed the three-building, 237,000-square-foot office park since December 2005.

The office park encompasses 42 acres of land along the Merrimack River.
