Antique collectible company Marcoz LLC has leased a 1,700-square-foot showroom at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston’s Park Square.

The company signed a five-year lease with property owner Liberty Mutual. Located in the heart of Boston’s Design District, Marcoz is now Boston’s largest antique showroom, according to a statement.

Prior to the new location, Marcoz had operated a showroom on Newbury Street for 39 years. The company was founded by its proprietor, Marc Glasberg, in 1972. Marcoz had also formerly operated a second showroom at the Boston Design Center.

Marcoz features a diverse collection of rare antiques and collectibles from around the world in three distinct galleries. The store specializes in 18th to 20th century European furnishings. The company also provides its clientele interior design services, lamp-making/rewiring, hand sewn lampshades, custom upholstery and furniture restoration.
