APC Extends Lease At Forest Ridge Park, Billerica

American Power Conversion (APC) has renewed their lease at Forest Ridge Park, 85 Rangeway Road in Billerica for 75,000 square feet of space.

APC is leasing all of building two and one-half of building three, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co.K&L Realty is the owner of Forest Ridge Park, which includes three buildings totaling 150,000 square feet.

Jason Levendusky and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented APC and Garry Holmes and Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty represented K&L Realty.
