Application Security, a database security, risk and compliance solutions firm, has relocated its office in a 7,483-square-foot lease at 154 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington.

The New York City-based firm is relocating from Bedford, according to a statement.

"Our client needed to grow and upgrade its facilities, and this unique opportunity to combine a short-term sublease and a direct deal accomplished those goals while keeping the budget in mind," said Brendan Daly, vice president at Boston-based NAI Hunneman, who brokered the deal on behalf of Application Security.
