Architects for Learning has leased 4,641 square feet of office space at 160 Gould St. in Needham.

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Co.’s Vice President Tim Latham and Senior Vice President Kevin Malloy represented the tenant in the lease transaction, according to a statement. Michael Moynahan, associate director at Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF.

Architects for Learning are doubling the size of its office space in the move to the Gould Street property.
