Art of the Event, an event production company, is relocating to 19,305 square feet in Malden.
The company will relocate from its Reading headquarters to an office and warehouse space at 730 Eastern Ave., according to a statement.
Stephen Nohrden of Malden’s Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
