Malden-based Art of the Event is leasing 32,676 square feet of industrial space at 353 Middlesex Ave. in Wilmington.
The building will provide Art of the Event with showroom, office and warehouse space. The property formerly housed a Dinette World retail center.
Art of the Event specializes in the production and set design of private and corporate events throughout Greater Boston.
