Artel Video Systems which develops, manufactures and markets broadcast quality video transport hardware, has leased 17,411 square feet at 5 Lyberty Way in Westford.

The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented the landlord, Ryan Development, which recently purchased the property. The tenant, Artel Video Systems, was represented by David Ross of Cresa Partners.
