Athol Savings Bank (ASB) recently promoted Lisa Osborne to assistant vice president of branch administration and security and Dana Hardy to community banking officer.
Osborne has worked at ASB since joining the bank in 1993 as a part-time teller. Her primary focus is on retail sales and service for the bank’s eight branch locations. She also is involved in training and developing the staff and overseeing fraud protection and recovery.
Hardy joined ASB as a teller in 2001 and has since worked as a sales representative and assistant manager.
"They have tremendous institutional knowledge and provide exemplary service to our customers," Dan Zona, president and CEO, said in a statement. "We are pleased that both Lisa Osborne and Dana Hardy have growth with our bank and congratulate both of them for their continued success at Athol Savings."
