Ashland Properties LLC has purchased a 120,000-square-foot, four-building complex at 10-50 Main St. in Ashland for $840,000.
The property, which sits on eight acres, was last assessed for $2.87 million, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
Marlene Aron, senior broker at Framingham-based Metrowest Commercial, represented the buyer, in the sales transaction, according to a statement. The seller, Gordon-Mindick Properties, had owned the complex for 34 years.
Framingham Cooperative Bank financed the purchase of the property.
