AspenTech Will Relocate From Burlington To Bedford

Crosby Drive Business software supplier AspenTech will double its office space as it relocates its global headquarters to Bedford from Burlington by the end of the year.

The software company has leased 143,000 square feet at 20, 22 and 28 Cosby Drive in Bedford and plans to relocate its more than 600 corporate employees from its current 75,000-square-foot offices at 200 Wheeler Road in Burlington.

Spagnolo Gisness & Assoc. of Boston has been hired to design renovations of the buildings prior to AspenTech’s relocation.

Cassidy Turley represented AspenTech and Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Crosby Corporate Center in the transaction. The office park contains nine buildings totaling nearly 600,000 square feet.
