Assabet Machine Corp. has purchased a 19,800-square-foot flex building at 1145 Massachusetts Ave. in Boxborough for $752,400.
Micah Stubblebine of Lexington’s The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented the buyer in the sales transaction, according to a statement. The seller, GCC Realty Trust, was represented by David Bergeron and Roy Hirshland of T3 Advisors.
GCC Realty Trust purchased the Boxborough building for $855,000 in June 1997, according to records obtained by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman. The property was last assessed for $1.25 million.
"The combination of close proximity to 495 and the layout of the building made this a great fit for Assabet Machine," said Stubblebine.
