Auto Parts Co. Leases 5,500 SF In Woburn

NAPA Auto Parts has relocated to a 5,500-square-foot space at 275 Salem St. in Woburn.

NAPA will join Central Automotive and Schneider Brothers Auto Body in the 15,180-square-foot building.

Edward Carbone of Carbone Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented The Cieri Group and negotiated the lease with NAPA Auto Parts.

Owner Frank Cieri of The Cieri Group and Steve Milton, district manager for NAPA coordinated efforts to obtain the necessary special permit and other approvals required to allow the NAPA Auto Parts store at this new location. Cieri intends to renovate and lease the remaining 3,000 square feet of vacant space adjacent to NAPA, according to a statement.
