1205 Providence Highway in SharonAutopart Realty Trust is selling a 121,287-square-foot warehouse located at 1205 Providence Highway in Sharon to Charles River Apparel for $4.3 million, according to Boston-based DTZ FHO Partners.

Charles River Apparel, a performance outerwear manufacturer, will relocate from its Medford facilities to occupy the 1205 Providence Highway building this year.

"This property is in a prime location, enabling its ownership to draw from a varied and diverse labor pool that includes Greater Boston, Route 495 and Rhode Island," said Steve Patkin, chairman at Autopart International.  "The area also offers many amenities, including numerous restaurants, day care services, lodging and retail shopping."

The 1205 Providence Highway structure contains more than 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of office space.

The building became available after AI, an automotive aftermarket parts supplier, moved its distribution and corporate office operations to Norton, following its purchase by Advanced Auto Parts in 2005.

Partners Tom Kent and Sean Teague along with Senior Associate Leeanne Rizzo of DTZ FHO represented Autopart International in the sale and Warren Brown of Boston Commercial represented Charles River Apparel.
