Karyn McFarland and Matt Twombly have joined the Boston office of Avison Young as the firm’s first downtown Boston brokers.
They are also the latest to defect from the local Grubb & Ellis office after the firm announced it was filing for bankruptcy last month.
The two signed their contracts with Avison Young yesterday.
