Avison Young has been named property manager of 300 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy by the building’s new owners, Grander Capital Partners of Boston.
Grander Capital Partners acquired the five-story, 118,000-square-foot office building from Braintree-based Campanelli for $15.9 million. The property is 100 percent leased.
Crown Colony Park contains 1.5 million square feet of office and medical space in 11 buildings near the junction of Routes 3 and 93.
