Roberta L. Orlandino, a Realtor and sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists.

Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned this prestigious designation, which requires Realtors to complete advanced courses and demonstrate professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, the company said. 

"In this economy, it’s important for buyers and sellers to select Realtors who are familiar with the latest marketing strategies," said Orlandino. "The CRS designation is one way for real estate customers to know that their REALTOR can give them the advantage in a competitive market."

Orlandino is a vice president with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Boston. She has 22 years of experience in the Boston real estate market and was recently named one of the top 2 percent of Realtors nationwide.
