Baesis Inc. has leased 1,600 square feet of office space at 107 Otis St. in Northborough from Adam Allison LLC.
Baesis is a business solution provider of both hardware and software that enables law firms to be more productive.
There remains 11,000 square feet of office space is still available.
James Glickman, principal at Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the lessor in the transaction.
