The Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB) recently named Felecia Elias its 2013 president and also welcomed Gerry-Lynn Darcy as an executive officer.
Elias received the association’s 2009 "Builder of the Year" Award, has chaired many committees, including the prestigious PRISM Awards, and has served three terms on the board of directors. She has experience in real estate development, construction management, commercial real estate sales and leasing, Latin American building material sales, asset management, and commercial real estate and construction lending. She has worked on projects in Latin America and Germany and is a licensed construction supervisor and real estate broker.
Darcy has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Most recently, she was the vice president of marketing and business development at Metric Construction Corp.
Darcy is a graduate of Wheaton College where she received her bachelor of arts in economics and management. Darcy has her real estate broker’s license, construction supervisor’s license and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP). She is also a member of the Programs Committee and the Housing and Community Development Committee of NEWiRE.
