Baldo Promoted At Pro Teck Valuation Services

ProTeck_Logo_Tight Sarah Baldo has been promoted to sales vice president at Waltham-based residential real estate valuation company Pro Teck Valuation Services.

Baldo, who joined Pro Teck in 2009 as a senior account manager, is responsible for the ongoing satisfaction and growth of existing clients in her new role, according to a statement.

"Through her understanding of client needs and ability to conceptualize solutions, it was evident that Ms. Baldo’s future was in sales," said Ed Hunter, executive director. "Sarah brings a breadth of experience within the mortgage industry, ranging from borrower qualification, credit risk analysis and loan disposition, to capital markets due diligence and valuations.
