The Bank of Cape Cod will open a new branch in Hyannis, President and CEO Timothy Telman announced at the bank’s annual shareholders meeting.

The new branch, located on Route 132, is scheduled to open by early 2014.

"We have grown deposits, assets, customers and branch locations tremendously well in six and a half years," Telman said in a statement.

The bank opened with one branch in Hyannis in 2006, a second branch added in 2008 in Osterville and a third branch in Falmouth last year.

Also at the meeting, Vincent Cremona, Robert Pemberton, Robert Kinlin and John Grady were re-elected to serve on the bank’s board until 2016.
