Barton Assoc., a staffing and recruiting company for physicians and health care specialists, has leased 50,500 square feet at 300 Jubilee Drive in Peabody for its new headquarters.

The company will relocate from its existing offices at Dearborn Road in Peabody in March.

300 Jubilee Drive is a 163,000-square-foot office and warehouse building in Centennial Park off Route 128 anchored by Thermo Fisher Scientific and International Transportation Group. The Barton Assoc. lease brings the property’s occupancy rate up to 88 percent.

JLL Managing Director Matt Daniels and Senior Vice Presidents Christopher Decembrele and Andrew Whipple represented the landlord, Beverly-based Brookwood Financial Partners. Demetri Koutrouvelis from Savills Studley negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

Being able to satisfy Barton’s unique space and building requirements specific to their operation is truly what separated 300 Jubilee Drive from the rest of the market," Decembrele said in a statement.
