BayCoast Bank Announces New Corporator And Honorary Director

Following its annual meeting, Fall River-based BayCoast Bank and its mutual holding company, Narragansett Financial Corp., announced that Neil VanSloun has been elected as a corporator of Narragansett Financial Corp., and Abraham Ehrenhaus has been elected as honorary trustee/chairman emeritus of Narragansett Financial Corp. and honorary director/chairman emeritus of BayCoast Bank.

VanSloun is the founder and CEO of Sylvan Nursery in Dartmouth and Westport. He is involved with the local charities and communities of Dartmouth and Westport.

Long affiliated with Narragansett Financial Corporation and BayCoast Bank, Ehrenhaus is a strong community advocate. Over the years he has shared his time and talents with the local Red Cross, Bristol Community College, the Friends of the Fall River Library, the Greater Fall River Soup Kitchen and the Greater Fall River Food Pantry, Swansea Community Band and Temple Beth-El.
