Mount Vernon Partners LLC, a joint venture between local operator Daniel René and its institutional partner from France, has purchased a 23,000-square-foot building in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood for $11.5 million.
The Unitarian Universalist Association sold The Mount Vernon, located at 39-41 Mount Vernon St. The Mount Vernon is the fourth building of the Unitarian Universalist Association’s Beacon Hill portfolio to be sold and is the final piece of the association’s move to their new home at 24 Farnsworth St. in Boston’s Seaport District.
"This is our second acquisition as a joint venture and we are looking forward to many more," Marcel Safar, principal of Daniel René Capital Partners, said in a statement. "As a European team, we are proud to develop this stately Beacon Hill property into extraordinary homes unique in their elegance and Bostonian charm."
Boston Realty Advisors brokered the sale.
