Roundhill Construction, a Boston-based general contracting firm specializing in interior build-outs for commercial space-users, has been selected by The Beal Cos. to conduct two separate office and lab space build-outs at One Kendall Square in Cambridge.
Roundhill Construction will create 10,000 square feet of laboratory and office space at One Kendall Square for GnuBIO, a privately held company that develops next-generation gene sequencing technology for clinical and research applications.
GnuBIO is relocating to One Kendall Square from 64 Sidney St. in Cambridge. GnuBIO will be headquartered at One Kendall Square.
Roundhill Construction also will fit out 4,500 square feet of office space on a fast-track schedule for Crashlytics, a start-up company that creates debugging and crash reporting and analysis software for mobile computer device applications. Crashlytics will be based at Building 300 within One Kendall Square.
