Before joining BECO, Liss was executive vice president of CBRE in Washington, D.C., where she led tenant and landlord brokerage and strategic planning efforts. Prior, she was principal and director of brokerage at Trammell Crow Co. for Washington, D.C., and Maryland,

DTZ merged with Cassidy Turley at the end of 2014 to become the third-largest commercial real estate firm after JLL and CBRE Inc.

“With the new ownership structure and international capabilities, DTZ’s ability to provide greater service to existing clients and pursue new opportunities is tremendously expanded,” Liss said in a statement.
