Rochelle Beeks has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer at Boston’s Preservation Housing Management LLC in Boston, which manages affordable multifamily housing.

Initially founded as Midland Property Management Inc., Preservation Housing Management manages more than 6,000 affordable housing apartments in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, and Rhode Island for Preservation of Affordable Housing Inc., an affordable housing nonprofit based in Boston.

Beeks has served as a senior regional property supervisor for Preservation Housing Management. In her new position, she will have direct responsibility for all site operations, program support and training. She previously managed properties in Illinois, Missouri, Maryland and Washington D.C. for the company.
