Needham Bank has named Jennifer Bell of Middleton as payroll manager and benefits administrator, operating from the main office in Needham.

She has more than 10 years of experience in community banking. Prior to joining Needham Bank she was a human resources generalist at Metro Credit Union and previously was with Danvers Bank as assistant treasurer/HR records management officer.

Bell is a graduate of Salem State College and holds membership in the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
