Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England said this morning that Sales Associates Gail Roberts and Ed Feijo have sold a new home at 16 Rockmont Road in Belmont for $3.17 million, the highest priced single-family home to sell in Belmont in the last five years, according to Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network.

Roberts and Feijo, who work out of the firm’s Massachusetts Avenue office in Cambridge, represented the sellers in the transaction. The newly constructed home, developed by Prometheus Enterprises, and designed and built by Cafasso Design Group of Cambridge, has more than 6,300 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

"The buyers immediately recognized and appreciated the impeccable craftsmanship and details incorporated in 16 Rockmont Rd.. It is rare to find newly constructed homes in Belmont, especially a home of this caliber. The Cafasso Design Group was particularly thoughtful and careful in the design of this beautifully crafted residence," said Feijo.

The names of the buyers were not disclosed.
