Belmont Savings Bank Names New Senior VP

Belmont Savings Bank has promoted Evan Kantor to senior vice president and director of accounting operations.

In the role, Kantor manages the day to day accounting of the bank and oversees its vendor management program.

Kantor joined Belmont Savings in August 2012. Before that, he worked at First Marblehead as managing director and at Citizens Bank as senior vice president and chief officer of its consumer lending group.

"I am thrilled about the opportunity to serve as the bank’s director of accounting operations," Kantor said in a statement. "Belmont Savings is a wonderful place to work, and I am eager to continue working for such a fine community institution."
