Joseph Laurano has been hired to oversee ResMark, Berkeley Investment’s residential development and marketing subsidiary.

"I’ve long been impressed by the quality and integrity of Berkeley’s in-house real estate management services as well as by its substantial co-investment capabilities," said Laurano. "I believe my background and my experience in working within the Boston real estate community will bring a valuable perspective to Berkeley Investments."

Prior to joining Berkeley, Laurano, 33, worked in various leadership positions at leading national and local residential companies including Crescent Heights of America and most recently Otis & Ahearn serving as director of sales.

Over the last nine years, Laurano has been involved in new condominium developments including underwriting, loan origination, unit pricing, asset branding, pre-marketing, public relations, sales and project management.

Laurano is a graduate of The Governors Academy and Hartwick College, and currently resides in Topsfield.
