Frank Apeseche has resigned as CEO of Berkshire Property Advisors (BPA), an affiliate company of Boston-based Berkshire Income Realty contracted to make decisions relating to the day-to-day management and operation of Berkshire Income Realty’s business.
Douglas Krupp and David Quade, currently the chairman and president of Berkshire Income Realty, respectively, will assume Apeseche’s duties at Berkshire Income Realty going forward, the company said.
In his capacity as CEO of BPA, Apeseche performed functions for the company similar to those that would otherwise have been performed by a principal officer, according to a statement.
