Katie Armstrong, CPA, has joined the Boston Firefighters Credit Union in Dorchester as its new vice president of finance.

"We were very fortunate to attract a talented financial professional who will play a vital role at the credit union for many years to come," CEO Bernie Winne said in a statement.

Previously, Armstrong worked at Admirals Bank in Boston and before that, as an auditor at Wolf and Co., P.C. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
