Calare Properties Inc., the owners of Pinehurst Business Park in Billerica, has renewed three leases totaling 46,672 square feet of R&D/flex space.
High-tech manufacturer Atronix Inc. renewed its 30,700-square-foot lease at 780 Boston Road, where it has been headquartered for 24 years, according to a statement. At 8 Cook St., Ultra Services Inc., an installer and servicer of HVAC systems, renewed its lease of 10,200 square feet. Teca-Print Inc. renewed and expanded its lease at 10 Cook St., to 5,772 square feet.
Ted Geary, senior associate, and Bradford Spencer, senior vice president, of Boston’s Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Calare Properties in the lease transactions.
"We are pleased to retain these long-term technology tenants at Pinehurst," said Geary. "Pinehurst Business Park is an ideal choice for clean, high-tech manufacturing tenants seeking small- to mid-sized flex/office suites for their headquarters or secondary locations."
Pinehurst Business Park is comprised of three adjacent buildings totaling 134,000 square feet.
