D&D Management has acquired 1 Dunham Road, a 35,000-square-foot office and flex property in Billerica, for $2.35 million.

NAI Hunneman’s David Gilkie represented D&D Management, which has an expanding portfolio of office, flex and retail properties in Burlington and Billerica. Seller Martin White Glove was represented by Sam Oddo of Winchester-based Oddo Inc. The seller is leasing back 17,000 square feet of warehouse space in the building.

"This is a great building, and it was an interesting transaction in that the property is partially leased back by the seller along with additional income from two car dealers that use a portion of the parking field," Gilkie said in a statement. "The remaining space offers 18,000 square feet with an elevator, lots of natural light and picturesque views of the neighboring woodlands which will be appealing to users in the market."
