Blue Hills Bank recently added three new members to its commercial banking division and welcomed Shannon F. Mahoney as its new vice president, compliance and bank secrecy act officer.
Mahoney has more than 10 years of experience with the Massachusetts Division of Banks as a supervisory bank examiner. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and she is a certified bank examiner with the Conference of State Bank Supervisors.
Patrick Walsh, Judith Brown and Joseph Yotts joined the commercial lending team, Walsh as a senior vice president and Brown and Yotts as vice presidents. They will focus on lending to Massachusetts businesses with revenues of $150 million and less.
Walsh has more than 20 years of banking experience and came to Blue Hills Bank from Citizens Bank, where he was the senior vice president of commercial enterprise banking.
Brown has 28 years of experience in commercial banking and worked for 12 years as a senior vice president of commercial banking at Citizens Bank.
Yotts has 23 years of experience and also came to Blue Hills Bank from Citizens Bank, where he was a vice president/relationship manager.
