Blue Stream Laboratories has leased approximately 13,000 square feet at 8 Henshaw St. in Woburn.

The life science company, which is currently located at 763 Concord Ave. in Cambridge, will take occupancy in September.

CBRE New England’s Matt Siciliano represented Blue Stream Laboratories in its negotiations with landlord Cummings Properties of Woburn.

The property at 8 Henshaw St. contains nearly 80,000 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing space.
